This law seems to medieval and biased against the people around me.
Why men are the legal fees absorbing his name through marriage, if a woman does not include - change in taxes to the application process of marriage. Only six states - Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, New York and North Dakota - the statutes establishing equal name change processes for men and women when they marry.

However, it is hard to admit - I think the ACLU got that right. What do you think?
