Daily Rate Calculator Daily Caloric Needs Calculator Accuracy?

Daily caloric needs calculator accuracy? - daily rate calculator

Now, after what have I done counting calories for about 6 weeks and lost 12 pounds so far. Thus, about 2 pounds per week is what I wanted, and I'm tired.

However ... Now I'm confused because I heard from some sources online that I am only my body is hungry. And that is slowing down my metabolism. I eat about 1200 calories a day and exercise 2 times a day and burn 500 calories. I have a deficit of 1,000 calories per day. I think that 1200 calories a day in my AMB, which apparently 1700 ... so I removed 500 calories and 1200 (Probably completely wrong, but I'm no expert.)

I read online daily calorie requirement of needs and told me that I need something in 2000, to maintain my weight. I'm 5'1 150 pounds of woman. (I do not remember eating 2000 calories in my life is what) me confused I feel like if I 2,000 calories "maintain" my weight, weight gain instead. I'm quite well with the consumption of 1500 calories per day (which meanscan eat more, lol), so ....

How accurate is the daily calorie needs calculator?
Am I really hungry my body? Because I do everything in my power to reduce to increase the metabolic rate.
