They are all great players.
The quality of construction will depend on the local labor force (assuming that the use of subcontractors) and the quality of on - site management.
The work also affects the quality (on a short leash bad design)
See what is available and decide what is best for you.
Barratt houses used to be a bit of a joke around here, so I think it would probably be wary of them. They do not know about the other two.
